Let me help you change your diet....
We are constantly bombarded with images, messages, friendly advice, and advertising about the ‘best’ way to eat. Cutting through the ‘noise’ and discovering what you need to feed your body with can be tricky. Have you forgotten what life was like without feeling exhausted and in pain with a fog hanging over your head?
Are you newly diagnosed, demotivated and sceptical about the life ahead. Are you thinking about taking steps towards better health, but you don’t know where to begin?
What if you had someone in your corner, to show you the way?
My name is Kate French and I’m a Registered Nutritional Therapist. I am passionate about helping adults who are battling with chronic illness, including digestive, joint, skin and energy complaints. I help my clients to bring back natural ingredients and reignite their glow to restore their energy and confidence.
What you eat influences how you feel and how you cope with illness and discomfort. Our food provides building blocks, but also information for your body which impacts how you cope in our modern environment.
It’s time to go back to the basics.
I can teach you how to improve your digestion, energy levels, and overall vitality despite chronic, long term illnesses.
Let me help you support your body as a whole with diet and lifestyle change. I am here to guide you with key nuggets of nutritional wisdom and advice. Get in touch for a 30-minute introductory session.
